Description & Components:
Seat: The seat is a flat, rectangular platform that provides a stable surface for sitting. It is usually made from wood, such as bamboo or hardwood, but other materials may also be used. The seat is designed to accommodate the practitioner's buttocks while allowing enough space for the legs to rest comfortably.
Ergonomic Design: The rounded legs are designed with ergonomics in mind. The seat may have a slight forward slope, which encourages a natural pelvic tilt, allowing the spine to maintain its proper alignment. This helps reduce strain on the lower back and promotes a comfortable and upright sitting position.
Optional Cushioning: We offer additional cushioning on the seat. This cushioning can enhance comfort and alleviate pressure on the sit bones during longer meditation sessions. Our cushioning is made with organic fabric stuffed with either buckwheat hulls or Kapok, and is attached to the seat or secured with straps. Sky Bench Cushion

Carolina Morning –
Just wanted to mention that the sky bench should also be marketed as a great floor desk. I have the peace bench and tilt seat, and I just received the sky bench, which is a great addition. I use the tilt seat for my laptop while sitting on the peace bench, and the skybench when sitting on the floor and writing in notebooks or when needing extra room beside the tilt seat. I also use the tilt seat as a standing desk, and the sky bench works as well on my bookshelf . Thanks! LM, Norfolk, Va.
